If you are a new member, or maybe not so new, but have never attended a new member orientation, you are invited to attend a League New Member Orientation.
At this event you will have the opportunity to meet and chat with League Officers, learn how the League is structured, how it operates and discover ways in which you can participate in issues and activities that interest you.

LWV of Fairfax serves residents of Fairfax County, including its towns and cities -- Clifton, Fairfax City, Herndon, and Vienna. Anyone can join -- men or women -- ages 16 and up. We hold both county-wdie events and small unit meetings across Fairfax County.
We support issues, not candidates. We hold Candidate Forums, Forums on Issues, and write studies about FCPS, Fairfax County, Virginia and more. Teachers, professors use our studies for balanced, non-partisan research. Click here to read the LWV positions on issues.
